Dual Career Track
Our employees pursue a career path according to their interests, aptitude and strengths. We offer flexibility to our employees in deciding their career paths. They can be involved either in a managerial role or adopt a functional track over time.
Global Exposure
With a network across countries, we offer ample international exposure. All our Clients are based outside India; hence, we work on international projects. Depending upon project requirements, we might travel to several countries or be co-located in the Client's country.
Merit-based Work Culture
We have created and continuously strive to maintain a healthy working environment. We have an open and merit-based atmosphere at all levels of the organisation, where professionals have an obligation to dissent on views or make suggestions for mutual growth. We have a meritocratic structure, rewarding people for performance, teamwork and creativity.
Pioneering Excellence
Evalueserve (EVS) aims to encourage every member for exceptional innovative achievements. We foresee several firsts as well as thought leadership to our credit.
Competitive Compensation
Our compensation packages are competitive and attractive. We do not just work here; we own this company through equity. Everyone at EVS has a stake in the future we are building, and everyone stands to share exceptional rewards for exceptional results.
World-class Training and Development
At EVS, abilities of personnel are augmented with a well-defined education programme. Each EVS employee has a documented 'education plan' that indicates the education areas they will focus on in the coming quarter/year. The education of a new EVS employee starts with an initial set of classes to familiarise each new employee with the processes and quality expectations of our company. Beyond this, throughout the year, there is an ongoing education programme, which focusses on business/quality processes and functional subjects. During these sessions, employees of all levels are encouraged to participate both as 'learners' and as 'teachers', sharing their knowledge and experience across multiple areas of expertise.
