New York/Delhi – May 2, 2007: Evalueserve, Ltd. (EVS), a leading provider
of global research, analytics and intellectual property services, has acquired Nitron
Advisors, LLC, in a cash, equity, and earn-out transaction. The acquired company
will become a whollyowned subsidiary of EVS, operating under the name Nitron Circle
of Experts.
Nitron Circle of Experts provides institutional investors, corporations, consultancies,

of the industry they are investigating.”

are joining EVS as Co-Managing Directors to lead the Nitron Circle of Experts. All
current Nitron employees are also joining EVS. Nitron Circle of Experts will continue
