Evalueserve provides a suite of engagement models to address the unique requirements of its clients. These models have been designed to provide a flexible operating framework and maximise the value of engagements. Evalueserve supports three engagement models:

Dedicated Teams

Evalueserve provides dedicated/full-time analyst teams to clients; these teams are also referred to as Outsource Research Centres (ORCs). In addition to dedicated analysts, Evalueserve provides relevant infrastructure and project management to meet client-specific requirements. Majority of our clients engage with us through the dedicated team model and this constitutes nearly 70 percent of our revenues.

Salient Features
  • Dedicated team size varies between 3 FTEs to 250 FTEs; majority of the ORC teams at Evalueserve are between 5 FTEs and 50 FTEs
  • Customisable infrastructure, methodology and compliance to meet client-specific requirements
  • High applicability when there is predictable demand, requirement for expertise and specific infrastructure requirement

Research Desk

Evalueserve provides research desks to its clients to support sporadic research projects that do not require dedicated analyst commitment.

  • Dedicated project management, however, no dedicated teams
  • Some scope for process improvement
  • Customised workflow based on size of the research desk

  • Significantly cost-effective, despite its higher costs than dedicated teams
  • Flexibility of resourcing based on project demand
  • Useful where projects require sporadic involvement of Evalueserve teams

On-demand Model

Evalueserve provides on-demand project execution for pilot projects, large projects or add-on to dedicated teams. Nearly 30 percent of Evalueserve’s revenues come from Research Desks and On-demand Model.

Salient Features
  • Most suitable for pilot projects and large assignments that require a significant learning curve
  • Fixed/Transactional pricing for the projects based on a clearly defined scope and methodology
Key Benefits
  • Clients tap into multiple capabilities through on-demand model (Evalueserve might require some time to identify the most suitable candidates for the project)
