TV Today Network Ltd. channels, including Aaj Tak, Tez and Headlines Today, will be distributed by the TheOneAlliance network with effect from 1 December 2007. The OneAlliance network is owned by SET Discovery Private limited, a joint venture between SET India Private limited and Discovery Communications, India.

Along with the two other channels, Aaj Tak will cease to be a free-to-air channel and viewers will have to pay to get access to these channels.

NDTV 24X7, NDTV Profit, NDTV India, Vh1, Sony Entertainment Television, Max, SAB, PIX, Discovery, DTL, Animal Planet, Animax, MTV, Nick, AXN and Ten Sports are the other channels distributed by TheOneAlliance network.
