Senior Client Executive

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development and client management activities with respect to Evalueserve’s Life Sciences clients (pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and diagnostics companies) as well as healthcare clients (payers and providers), enabling the organization growth by managing the assigned accounts. Duties will include: establishing and managing day-to-day relationships with Life Sciences and Healthcare clients; understanding their products and long-term business strategies; identifying, estimating, proposing and closing profitable short and long-term projects in the area of high-end knowledge services (process redesign, take-over and maintenance); working as the project manager to understand and develop the project requirements in consultation with the client; designing and implementing life science/healthcare solutions; sharing client requirements with Evalueserve operations teams and supporting project set up; coordinating on global accounts with counterparts in Europe and Asia and with Business Unit Head; and staying actively involved in all projects sold to make certain each project is progressing properly. Travel and work at client sites as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or a related business or life sciences field (or foreign equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medtech industry (employer will accept any combination of education and/or experience determined to be equivalent to a US Bachelor’s degree by a reliable credentials evaluator). Experience MUST include: Five (5) years of experience with consultative selling of knowledge process optimization services in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medtech industry; five (5) years of experience designing and selling complex knowledge process optimization projects; five (5) years of experience preparing and presenting sales pitch presentations for knowledge process optimization; three (3) years of experience in Customer Resource Management (CRM) systems, including SalesForce.com; and three (3) years of experience working in a global and virtual project team structure. Position will be based in Malvern, PA office; however, telecommuting from a home office in a different location may also be allowed.
