Overview
Education & Infrastructure
At Evalueserve, we believe that meaningful change begins in the classroom. Through targeted investments in learning infrastructure and educational innovation, we are working to ensure that children in underserved communities have access to safe schools, quality learning environments, and the tools they need to thrive. Our initiatives in Gurugram reflect this commitment reaching over 240 students across two programmes and laying a foundation for a more equitable future.
Mission in Action
STEAM Lab
In partnership with Max Vision Society, Evalueserve established a STEAM Lab at a government school in Dharam Colony, Gurugram, creating a dedicated space where young learners explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through hands-on experimentation. Equipped with interactive tools, digital modules, and structured assessments, the lab moves education beyond the textbook. Teacher training was embedded from the outset, ensuring lasting impact.
Through 13 sessions until December 2025, the lab has reached 117 students from Class 1 to Class 5, with 6 teachers trained in experiential and project-based learning methods. The initiative has meaningfully improved student engagement and built an early, lasting foundation in STEM.

Government School Renovation
Evalueserve’s infrastructure initiative at primary government schools in DLF Gurugram was built on a simple belief, every child deserves a school that feels safe and dignified. Through targeted upgrades to classrooms, sanitation facilities, drinking water access, boundary walls, and disaster preparedness systems, the initiative has directly benefitted 130 students from Bal vatika to Class 5.
Beyond the physical improvements, it has strengthened the foundation for continued learning and opened pathways toward higher education.

Education Allowance
In partnership with Youth Dreamers Foundation, Evalueserve extended scholarships and fee reimbursements to students from economically weaker sections and vulnerable backgrounds. Beneficiaries are identified through a transparent, need-based assessment process, ensuring support reaches those who need it most.
A total of 138 students including 62 girls and 76 boys have been supported through this initiative, with financial barriers to education significantly reduced. By easing the burden of educational costs, the programme has helped students stay in school, continue their academic journeys, and build stronger pathways toward long-term employment and self-reliance.

Mission in Action
Special Needs Therapy & Development
In partnership with Khushboo Welfare Society, Evalueserve supported a collaborative initiative delivering early intervention, structured therapies, and life skills development for children with special needs, including those with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and learning disabilities.
Between April and June 2025, 659 therapy sessions were conducted, supporting 7 children with focused, need-based developmental interventions. Beyond the children themselves, the programme also worked to strengthen family support systems, equipping caregivers with the tools and understanding needed to nurture progress at home. The initiative has led to improved developmental outcomes and meaningful growth in life skills, affirming that every child, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to thrive.

International Children’s Day Celebration
We organized a special outdoor event bringing together employees and their children for a day of learning and engagement. The celebration featured an interactive theatre performance and cultural activities designed to inspire curiosity and creativity.
With 38 participants, including over 20 children, the initiative created a platform for meaningful family engagement while promoting cultural awareness in an engaging format.

Educational Trips for Students (Cutca School)
We organized experiential learning opportunities for students from underserved communities, helping them explore new environments and broaden their perspectives.
Museum Visit: Students experienced immersive exhibits designed to spark creativity and curiosity.
Cinema Experience: A structured outing promoting social interaction and cultural exposure.
These initiatives not only provided educational value but also created memorable experiences that contribute to students’ overall development.

Improving Learning Environments and Educational Access
Digital Access for Learning
Access to digital tools was strengthened through the donation of laptops, enabling students and teachers to enhance classroom learning and digital literacy. Benefiting 100 individuals, the initiative helps bridge the digital divide and supports improved academic outcomes in underserved communities.
Classroom Infrastructure Upgrade
A comprehensive set of classroom and facility resources was provided to strengthen educational infrastructure and support interactive learning. The initiative benefits 214 students across multiple grade levels, creating a more structured and conducive learning environment.
Learning Space Enhancement
Additional support was provided through the donation of classroom chairs, improving comfort and usability of learning and support spaces. This contribution enhances the overall learning experience for students and educators alike.
Early Education Support
We contributed classroom and facility resources to enhance early childhood education infrastructure. Benefiting 156 preschool children, the initiative supports structured, engaging, and hygienic learning environments that are essential for early development.

Strengthening Safe, Healthy and Effective School Environments
Promoting Hygiene in Schools
To improve hygiene and organization, essential facility resources were distributed across classrooms and common areas. Benefiting 690 students, the initiative supports a cleaner, more organized, and healthier school environment.
School Safety Support
Recognizing the importance of safe learning spaces, we supported a kindergarten classroom by providing protective infrastructure to enhance security and safeguard educational materials. This initiative benefits 22 young students and their teachers, contributing to a stable and secure environment that supports uninterrupted learning and development.
Improving School Workspaces
Support was extended to improve staff working conditions through the provision of essential furniture. By enhancing workspace functionality, the initiative contributes to a more supportive environment for educators and overall institutional effectiveness.
