Sustainable Agriculture & Emission Reduction
In collaboration with CREATE, Evalueserve deployed climate-smart agricultural technologies across five villages in District Palwal, Haryana — Asawta, Atohan, Kushipur, Lohagarh, and Ronijha with the goal of making farming more sustainable, efficient, and environmentally responsible.
At the heart of the initiative is specialised urea-insertion technology, designed to reduce nitrogen emissions while improving soil health and lowering input costs for farmers. Five urea applicators and two briquette-making machines were operationalised across the region, directly engaging 21 farmers and covering 71.5 acres of agricultural land. The programme has not only reduced the environmental footprint of farming in the area but has also strengthened climate resilience, empowering local farmers with smarter practices that protect both their livelihoods and the land they depend on.

Clean Drinking Water Access
In partnership with S M Sehgal Foundation, Evalueserve supported the installation and operation of community water stations in Naigon and Leha Babra villages in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, bringing safe, clean drinking water to communities that have long been vulnerable to water scarcity and waterborne diseases.
Between October and December 2025, a total of 2,998 individuals benefitted from the initiative where 1,307 in Naigon and 1,691 in Leha Babra. By ensuring reliable access to safe drinking water, the programme has meaningfully reduced the risk of waterborne diseases and contributed to improved household well-being, affirming that access to clean water is not a privilege but a fundamental right that Evalueserve is committed to upholding.

Urban Afforestation & Ecological Restoration
As part of its CSR commitment to environmental sustainability, Evalueserve has partnered with CATCH Foundation to fund the plantation and upkeep of 3,000 trees at NSG Campus, Manesar. Tree selection and maintenance are managed by CATCH in consultation with local authorities and Evalueserve, ensuring a structured, long-term approach to urban afforestation.
The initiative has been brought to life with the active participation of 49 volunteers who collectively contributed 147 volunteering hours, reflecting the spirit of collective responsibility that underpins Evalueserve’s approach to environmental stewardship. Beyond the numbers, the project is steadily making a meaningful ecological difference by increasing green cover, sequestering carbon, improving air quality, and enhancing local biodiversity, one tree at a time.

Animal Welfare Support
Supporting local animal welfare efforts, essential supplies such as food and care materials were provided to improve the living conditions of animals under care. The initiative benefited 15 animals and contributed to responsible care and adoption practices within the community.

Earth Day & ESG Awareness
Our China team participated in an Earth Day and ESG awareness initiative organized at the workplace campus, focusing on promoting sustainability and employee well-being. The program featured a recyclable-themed fair that encouraged responsible waste management practices and strengthened awareness of environmental sustainability.
In addition, a park health run was organized to promote physical well-being while reinforcing the importance of environmental responsibility. Through this combined approach, employees engaged in both awareness-building and active participation.
This initiative contributed to enhancing understanding of ESG principles and fostering a culture of environmental consciousness, encouraging employees to adopt more sustainable practices in their daily work environment.
