Pediatric Critical Care

In partnership with Ekam Foundation, Evalueserve supported life-saving pediatric surgeries for children from low-income families, ensuring comprehensive care from diagnosis to recovery. The initiative was built on a foundation of transparent fund management, so every contribution directly reached those in critical need.

Ten children including 6 girls and 4 boys, received surgical interventions that may otherwise have been out of reach for their families. Alongside critical care, the initiative also addressed access to safe drinking water, tackling one of the most fundamental needs for child health and well-being. Together, these efforts significantly reduced the health and financial vulnerability of the families supported, giving young lives a chance to heal and grow with dignity.

Mission in Action

Mobile Primary Healthcare

In partnership with OneStage, Evalueserve supported mobile healthcare services in Nuh, Haryana, bringing essential medical care directly to underserved communities with limited access to reliable health infrastructure. Through the Aarogya Wheels initiative and Mobile Health Units, the programme delivered OPD consultations, maternal care, preventive screenings, health awareness sessions, and a two-day Eye Health Check-up Camp focused on vision screening, early identification of eye conditions, access to basic eye care services, and free powered glasses distribution.

A total of 1,207 patients were consulted, including 670 women, reflecting the initiative’s strong focus on addressing the healthcare needs of vulnerable and underserved populations. By combining curative services, preventive care, eye health support, and timely referrals, the initiative has significantly improved access to essential healthcare services and contributed towards building healthier, more resilient communities. These efforts represent Evalueserve’s continued commitment to creating inclusive, sustainable, and community-centric healthcare impact.

Mission in Action

Inclusive Healthcare Support

Under Project Arogya, Evalueserve has partnered with CanWinn, a charitable hospital, to provide accessible and affordable healthcare services to economically weaker sections of the society. The initiative covers consultations, diagnostics, and treatment, ensuring that quality medical care is within reach for those who may otherwise struggle to access it. Enrolled beneficiaries receive healthcare support in a structured and organised manner, enabling continuity of care and a sustained focus on overall well-being.

During the reporting period, 694 beneficiaries were enrolled under the programme, of whom 272 actively availed healthcare services. The initiative has made a tangible difference improving access to essential healthcare, enabling early diagnosis, and ensuring timely medical support for beneficiaries and their families, reinforcing Evalueserve’s commitment to the health and dignity of every individual in its extended community.

Mission in Action

O Masă Caldă Community Kitchen

In partnership with O Masă Caldă, a community kitchen initiative dedicated to ensuring that no one goes to sleep hungry, we support vulnerable groups including individuals facing poverty, homelessness, and social challenges.

Since 2022, our contributions have included both financial support and active employee volunteering. In 2025 alone, our volunteers dedicated 35 hours to preparing and serving meals, supporting approximately 200 beneficiaries.
This initiative reflects our commitment to social inclusion while fostering a strong sense of purpose among employees.

Women’s Health Awareness Seminar

Recognizing the importance of preventive healthcare, we conducted a dedicated seminar focused on women’s health and early detection practices. The session provided practical insights on health risks, screenings, and preventive measures, enabling participants to make informed decisions about their well-being. With 30 beneficiaries, this initiative contributed to raising awareness and encouraging a proactive approach to health management.

In response to severe flooding in the Bucovina region, we partnered with local organizations to provide immediate relief to affected communities.
Support included essential food supplies and equipment required for clean-up and recovery efforts. This initiative highlights our commitment to standing by communities during times of crisis and contributing to their recovery and resilience.

Women’s Day Hygiene Kits

To support women experiencing homelessness, our Chile CSR team distributed hygiene kits containing essential personal care items such as sanitary products and toiletries. The initiative reached 24 beneficiaries in Viña del Mar, helping improve access to basic hygiene while promoting dignity, health, and well-being. This effort reflects our focus on addressing immediate needs within vulnerable communities through meaningful engagement.

CPR & AED Training Session

Employees at the China location participated in a first-aid training session focused on CPR and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). The program provided hands-on learning to build essential life-saving skills and improve emergency response capabilities. Through guided instruction, participants gained practical knowledge on handling cardiac emergencies and administering timely first aid. This initiative strengthened workplace safety awareness and enhanced preparedness, contributing to a safer and more resilient work environment.
