Disability Inclusion & Employment Readiness
In collaboration with Sarthak Educational Trust, Evalueserve supported a comprehensive programme providing vocational training, job placements, and educational support for persons with disabilities across sectors including IT, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. Rooted in the belief that disability should never be a barrier to meaningful employment or dignity, the initiative actively promotes inclusive workforce participation and creates sustainable pathways for individuals to achieve financial independence and a better quality of life.
Between July and December, 159 persons with disabilities were enrolled in the programme, with 170 individuals trained and supported overall. Of these, 102 individuals were successfully employed or placed each placement representing not just a professional milestone, but a life meaningfully transformed.
Evalueserve’s leadership team, including Co-founder Marc Vollenweider, Gabi Vollenweider, Chairman of the Board Armin Meier, CFO Tal Volok, COO Sumeet Chander, and General Counsel Sandeep Dembla, visited the Sarthak Educational Trust to gain a firsthand view of the impact being created on the ground, reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to inclusive growth, skill development, and empowerment.
