Archana Bhatia

Archana Bhatia is Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Evalueserve, where she leads people strategy, culture, and HR operations across the company’s global centers.

With more than 23 years of HR leadership experience across IT, professional services, and ITES organizations, Archana focuses on aligning people strategy with business growth in complex, multi-country environments.

Before joining Evalueserve in 2020, Archana spent 13 years at Wipro in progressive HR leadership roles, and prior to that held positions at Interglobe Technologies and Lifetree Convergence. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
