Carolina Zamora is Evalueserve’s Head of Latin American Operations and country head for Chile, providing strategic leadership and management oversight for Latin America and nearshore delivery. In her role, Ms. Zamora works closely with all of Evalueserve’s global lines of business to develop the solutions and capabilities portfolio for the region and maximize the talent of Evalueserve’s exceptional team to further drive innovation and growth. Since joining Evalueserve in 2008, Ms. Zamora has been a key driver for the Chile office as a center of excellence for insights and analytics and a champion for diversity and inclusion.

Ms. Zamora started her career as an export promotion consultant, having worked for both the public and private sectors in Latin America and Spain. She has a bachelor’s degree in international business from Barry University in Miami, Florida, and a master’s degree in marketing and sales management from ESIC Business & Marketing School in Spain.
