Carolina Zamora is Senior Vice President and Head of Latin American Operations at Evalueserve, where she leads regional strategy and oversees delivery across Chile and Colombia. She partners closely with global lines of business to strengthen capabilities in the region and develop high-performing teams that support clients worldwide.

Carolina has been with Evalueserve for more than 18 years, joining in January 2008. She began as a Senior Business Analyst before managing the Latin America Research desk, then moved into Financial Services. She became Head of Financial Services in Chile in 2016, took on the Country Head role in 2018, and since 2022 has also overseen Colombia, a center she and her team built from the ground up.

Before joining Evalueserve, Carolina worked in international business and market intelligence across the public and private sectors, supporting exporting companies in El Salvador and Spain through market analysis, export planning, and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management.

Originally from El Salvador, Carolina has lived and worked across five countries, an experience that shapes both her leadership style and her commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams.
