In this Constellation Research interview, Gururaj Bhat, Evalueserve's new Executive Vice President for Data and AI, talks about moving Evalueserve toward domain-led AI services. He argues that a lack of domain expertise is a major reason enterprise AI projects stall. He says knowing the workflow in detail helps companies choose the right models, control costs, and move from simple automation to real process redesign. He also highlights change management tailored to each workflow and Evalueserve's plans for five to six AI-first IP solutions. Successful AI projects, he says, need three things: good data, deep workflow and engineering knowledge, and an enterprise-wide approach.
