When a national platform brings together government, corporate, and social sector leaders to advance disability inclusion, it matters who shows up — and what they say. Evalueserve was proud to be part of that conversation.
At the 12th National Conference on Disability 2025, hosted by Sarthak Educational Trust at the Civil Services Officers Institute, New Delhi, Evalueserve’s ESG Lead Richa Kapoor represented the organisation as a panelist in the CSR Panel Discussion. The two-day conference, held on November 20–21, 2025, was built around the theme of ‘Partnering for an Inclusive India | SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals’ — a theme that resonated deeply with Evalueserve’s own approach to community development and inclusive growth.
The panel brought together leaders from government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and social impact organisations, all united by a shared commitment to advancing disability inclusion and equitable workforce participation. The event was co-sponsored by the National Abilympic Association of India and Sarthak Foundation, and drew an audience of approximately 2,000 online viewers and 60 offline participants during the panel discussion, a testament to the scale and significance of the dialogue.
Richa shared Evalueserve’s perspective on inclusive hiring models, corporate responsibility in skill development, and collaborative pathways for scalable impact. The message resonated strongly with the audience including people with disabilities who could clearly see that Evalueserve’s belief in equal opportunity is not performative, but deeply embedded in how the organisation thinks and operates. There are no separate spaces or boundaries here just a genuine conviction that an environment thrives when everyone coexists with dignity.
Being invited to a national platform of this scale is a strong validation of Evalueserve’s work in ESG, disability inclusion, and community development. It reinforces the organisation’s role as a committed partner in SDG-aligned action, working alongside government bodies and non-profit partners to build an inclusive, equitable, and opportunity-rich India, where every individual, regardless of ability, has the space to thrive.
Evalueserve remains committed to integrating structured CSR investments, stakeholder collaboration, and employee-led volunteering efforts to create meaningful and measurable impact across communities in India and globally.
