Evalueserve Wins 2022 Golden Peacock Global Award for Corporate Social Responsibility

Evalueserve recognized for its commitments to CSR, sustainability, and DEI.

ZUG, SWITZERLAND – January 30, 2023 – Evalueserve, a leading global analytics partner serving more than 30% of the Fortune 1000, won the 2022 Golden Peacock Global Award for Corporate Social Responsibility. The award was presented to Evalueserve on January 12 at IOD’s 17th International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility in Mumbai, India.

The Golden Peacock Award is regarded as a benchmark for corporate excellence worldwide. Evalueserve was chosen by a jury chaired by M.N. Venkatachaliah, the former Chief Justice of India, in a stringent three-part process.

Evalueserve was one of two winners in the category. The company won because of its corporate social responsibility (CSR), diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and risk management initiatives.

“I am pleased Evalueserve has been recognized for our CSR efforts,” said Nand Gangwani, Evalueserve’s chief operating officer. “Our team members are always working to improve their communities, and Evalueserve as an organization is and has always been committed to the principles of CSR, sustainability, risk management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

Winning the Golden Peacock Award reflects the impact created by Evalueserve’s various CSR initiatives. Along with several other projects, Evalueserve provides education to over 500 underprivileged children in India, supports a village in India (Bar Gujjar, Haryana) with vocational training programs and healthcare, cleans a river in Romania, and distributes kits for kids in Chile.

A critical component of CSR excellence is good corporate governance and adopting transparent business practices to ensure ethical operations. Every year, Evalueserve undergoes multiple audits, including client audits, internal and financial audits, payroll audits, statutory and government audits, and industry audits, such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 1, and SOC 2 Type II. In addition, Evalueserve monitors governmental affairs and has a policy of proactive implementation of statutory and legislative changes.

Evalueserve’s category criteria for internal business practices and external cause investment selection include:

  • Environment: Energy GHGs, water, biodiversity, pollution, materials and waste, product use, product end-of-life, customer safety, and advocacy.
  • Social: Employee health and safety, working conditions, social dialogue, career management and training, child and forced labor, discrimination and harassment, and human rights issues.
  • Ethics: Corruption and bribery, anti-competitive practices, and data security.
  • Sustainable Procurement: Supplier environmental performance and supplier social performance.

Evalueserve is also a new member of the United Nations Global Compact, a voluntary pact that encourages businesses to take sustainable, socially responsible actions.
