Over 200 telephonic or online survey data was collected from top global automotive executive, with questions relating to: the environment, urbanization, consumer behavior, growth and globalization. Responses to these questions were then analyzed to identify leading values and observations within their customer base. 

Identifying the industry’s top 10 global gainers and losers

By identifying the automotive industry’s top gainers, the client would be able to focus on approaches that would successfully reach possible customers. Whereas identifying the industry’s losers shows the client strategies and messages that would be ineffective when trying to reach desired customers. 

Focusing on the client’s desire to understand key market trends and the industry’s top gainers and losers, contributed to the creation of an insights customer framework that would guide the narrow the client’s focus and help guide the client’s future decisions. These different insights enables the client to adapt to their changing customer base.
