The Solution

In response to the Client's requirements, Evalueserve presented a comprehensive project scope and a methodology to deliver in-depth market insights. The project scope included two key components:

  • Prioritization: Evalueserve proposed prioritizing the most important countries and markets based on the Client's criteria and creating detailed reports. For the lower-priority geographies, the focus would be to provide concise market overviews that include critical data points.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Evalueserve proposed an attractiveness model comprising over 40 metrics to evaluate and compare all the markets and their potential. The model would allow the Client to identify the most promising markets and optimize their expansion strategy accordingly.

After finishing the prioritization and opportunity assessment phases, Evalueserve created an executive summary that included the main findings and scenario-based recommendations for the Client's future expansion plans.

The Outcome

The project’s success was reflected in its widespread adoption across the Client's organization. Our findings were prominently featured in the Client's Annual Report, providing valuable insights into the characteristics of potential markets.

The research was also presented and discussed in several Executive Board meetings.
